Payment Methods

In order to provide paid membership services, Mywalee.com has tied up with leading Payment Gateway service providers to process the payments. Payments can be made through PayPal; payments processed through PayPal would appear as MYWALEE.COM in your card statements.

Your card issuer may charge you an International Service Fee. This fee is controlled and charged by your bank or card issuer, not by our payment gateways or their banks.

Right to form Consortium/Associates

While providing services, Mywalee.com may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against Mywalee.com only and not against such persons or organizations.

Data Provisions

Confidentiality : Mywalee.com will maintain confidential, all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by members and shall take all possible steps for maintaining the confidentiality. However, Mywalee.com may divulge such information if required by law. It is unconditionally agreed, understood and acknowledged by you that the information and/or data that may be submitted by you shall be preserved and retained by Mywalee.com for all time to come as permissible under law, notwithstanding cessation, termination or discontinuation of the membership.

Subscription fees

All first time membership will be charged £5 Admin fee payable upon registration.

Pay as you search member fee is £9.99 Plus £5 Admin £14.99 for 29 days of service as Premium membership

  • Gold membership is just £4.99 every 3 months (quarterly). First payment of £19.97 for 3 months or £34.94 for 6 months each includes one-off admin fee of £5, thereafter £14.97 for renewal 3 months Or £29.94 for renewal 6 months.
  • Diamond Premium Membership is just £22.50 for 3 months. First payment £27.50 renewal in 3 months or £45 for 6 months first payment of £49.99 thereafter renewal after 6 months.

Refund of Fee

If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Your membership in the Mywalee.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. Violation to this condition will lead to removal of your profile from Mywalee.com without any refund.

Membership Termination

The membership may be terminated by either party by serving a written notice on the other. Mywalee.com reserves the right to terminate the membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any member in breach of any of the terms. In any case the Membership fees will not be refundable. If you wish to terminate your profile from Mywalee.com, you can do so by logging into your account.

Site Policies, Modification and Severability We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mywalee.com and/or its affiliates, their websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Mywalee.com and/or its affiliates, partner websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by You pursuant to this agreement.

You shall be solely and exclusively liable for any breach of any country specific rules and regulations or general code of conduct and Mywalee.com cannot be held responsible for the same.

Applicable Law

The membership is deemed to have been entered into UK laws will govern the membership and any violation of the terms and conditions provided herein. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are subject to Courts of appropriate jurisdiction in UK.

In the event, you are not agreeable to any of the terms or conditions herein contained, please reconsider and please refrain from registration.
